Brian J. Strasnick, PhD, JD, is the Executive Chairman of CDI, which he co-founded in 2015 with his son, Craig. As Executive Chairman, Dr. Strasnick works with the President & CEO to forge relationships with current and prospective customers. With his thirty plus years of industry experience he brings leadership and can provide the contacts necessary to assist the company’s expansion efforts.
Craig S. Strasnick, is the President and CEO of CDI, which he co-founded in 2015 with his father, Brian. Craig partners with globally respected academics and industry leaders across the globe to improve current gastroenterological practices. Craig drives the company’s mission by developing and introducing new patient-friendly preventative health and monitoring technologies.
Gray W. Rifkin, Esq., is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at CDI. Gray provides leadership for CDI’s legal and regulatory affairs, ethics and compliance programs, business development, global operations, and corporate governance activities as well as supervising the commercialization of CDI’s diagnostic portfolios and guiding the company’s products and services globally.
Matt Pressman, Senior Vice President of Operations, oversees the logistics, shipping, and receiving processes at CDI to ensure quality control standards and fulfillment needs are met. Matt also manages and maintains all vendor relationships for CDI and works directly with the VP of Operations to ensure an efficient ordering system.
Steve Carr, Senior Vice President of Sales, is responsible for the coordination and management of CDI’s US sales team and its operations as well as providing input into global commercialization strategies and developing partnerships across all product lines and corporate activities. Steve leads his team in creating a culture of success and ongoing business goal achievement at CDI.
Andrew J. Connors, VP, Operations, manages the company’s distribution center and oversees the assembly and shipment of test kits. He also supervises the design, creation, and distribution of marketing materials, and the procurement of necessary goods and services, and is valued as the go-to person for projects large and small.
Cory Peterson serves as Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy & Finance at CDI. With over ten years of experience in the health sector, Cory is responsible for developing and overseeing short- and long-term budget forecasts, and identifying and analyzing new strategic opportunities for CDI. Cory graduated from UCLA with a degree in Physiological Science and Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with an MBA in Health Sector Management.
Alexandra Connors, Vice President of Human Resources, plans, develops, and implements all the human resource functions of the organization in support of organizational goals, including the identification and acquisition of top-level talent and managing organizational change to increase employee satisfaction and productivity. Alexandra is a key improver of CDI’s culture of cohesiveness.
Experienced Director of Information Technology with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, operations management, sales, internet development, Health Level 7, and Enterprise Resource Planning implementation and optimization. Strong information technology professional earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Humanities and Business Management from the Instituto de Empresa and Brown University.
AJ Capano, Director of Business and Legal Affairs, provides CDI’s management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies, drafts and edits complex commercial agreements, and ensures that CDI operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, AJ supports the internal operations team and external field force team to facilitate their day-to-day efforts and vendor relations. AJ joins CDI after finishing his juris doctorate at New England Law Boston and a clerkship in the Suffolk Superior Court. In his spare time, AJ enjoys skiing and playing bocce with his family.
Lisa Richard, Executive Director of Project Planning & Development, works alongside the President and CEO to lead strategic and tactical corporate business initiatives, utilizing her extensive project management experience to organize and seamlessly execute projects and events for the executive team and beyond.
Andrea Marino, Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, plans, organizes, and schedules events, meetings, and conferences, and sees to it that the CDI machine operates smoothly. Andrea is the key to managing and distributing information within CDI’s offices.
Jenny Sok, Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, works closely with the executive team to provide support in coordinating conferences, scheduling events, and arranging travel to help ensure CDI runs smoothly across all departmental efforts.
Christine Cruz, Laboratory Manager at CDI, oversees all diagnostic testing and manages the laboratory’s quality program to ensure accurate test results. She is also the laboratory’s point of contact when setting up clinical trials utilizing CDI’s validated methods. Christine received a B.S. in Chemistry from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute and has worked in academic and clinical laboratories prior to joining CDI.
Tyler Porter, Laboratory Manager responsible in overseeing all the diagnostic testing performed at CDI in ensuring result accuracy and compliance of all regulatory guidelines are met and maintained. Tyler also leads the internal method developments and validations at CDI for both diagnostic and clinical trial applications. Tyler holds a degree in Biochemistry from Suffolk University.
Federico Moschini, Senior Vice President of International Operations, is responsible for building and implementing a global strategy to communicate the company’s entire product portfolio and strategy to the most relevant markets around the world, as well as identifying local distributors, and building strong relationships with international Key Opinion Leaders. Federico reports and shares information with the board to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it in global markets.
